Bayshore Village will be a vibrant and creative mixed-use village, situated on Bayshore Drive, in the western most part of Byron Bay. The Village will foster community interaction by providing a mix of activities for the people who live and work there, as well as for the broader community. It is specially designed to encourage creativity and innovation, achieve very good energy and water efficiency, protect and extend adjoining habitat thereby setting a sustainability model for urban development.
