You are now looking for a position that will allow you to be responsible for the client services and relish the chance to be responsible for the strategy and grow that division.
Initially, you will take ownership of the client after Sales have occurred with the intention that you will be in charade of the client services strategy and build a team under you. You will work closely beside the Project Manager, who is delivering the digital services (website, digital creative, online content, social media), and ensure the client’s interest is advocated and monitored. This role is about being the customer champion in a company where excellent customer service is paramount. You must have solid commercial experience delivering client service requirements for a digital agency. A good chunk of that time would have been spent creating, managing and executing websites, social media, eDM, and creative campaigns. Good commercial acumen, a keen interest in Social Media and an ongoing hunger to continually engage with emerging technologies is a must.
