Our Refer-a-mate program will pay you $1,000 for referring someone then we interview and hire.
There's no complicated online forms, special URLs or other hoops to jump through, just ask your friend to mention you as the person who referred them for the job when they are invited to attend a job interview at Community Engine.
...and maybe ask them for suggestions on what to spend that $1,000 on!
