Talent Manager

Community Engine is an Australian owned software company that is building the next generation of Social Media products.  With strong demand for a number of exciting new products, Community Engine is growing.  We are looking for a Talent Manager to come on board and take control of our Recruitment and Human Resources.  This is a newly created role that will suit someone looking to be an integral part of a dynamic company and help to take it to the next level of its evolution.  The role is located in the Northern Beaches of Sydney (Brookvale).  It is a permanent role with an immediate start.

About You:
 
The ideal candidate will have the following:
 
  • Successful Recruitment background in the IT or Digital markets
  • A good understanding of the IT or Digital markets
  • Experience in the basics of HR Management
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Good natured and well presented
  • High level of interpersonal skills and integrity
  • Desire to continually improve the HR function
  • Well developed coaching and leadership skills
  • Able to manage competing priorities
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization
  • Enjoy maintaining good relationships with employees
